Reviews for Hunter’s Dawn

Four Cups from Coffeetime Romance and More

Lototy said: Some people are born skeptics, and this is the story of one man’s journey to enlightenment. Jack never believed, not even as a child, but you can literally feel how hard he battles to hold on to that belief. His struggles to bury his grief makes your heart ache for him, and Casey is his conduit to finally finding peace.

Four and a half stars from Rainbow Reviews

The moment I started to read Leigh’s book the real world took a backseat. Meg’s story of how two people so different meet and fall in lust, and love, was fun. We meet Jack and Casey, or Science vs. Instinct. This story is so unique because it combines the chilling effect of ghost hunters and paranormal phenomena with a true old fashion romance complete with sparks and unity. Makes the reader open their mind to possibilities and understanding and accepting the past, finding a way to move on.

Lotus at Whipped Cream Erotic Romance Reviews Loved Hunter’s Dawn: Laying the Ghosts!

“This is a satisfying romance, and a fully-realized ghost story, with characters that are flawed, and still searching for their way. You’ll fall in love with both of these men, and maybe even with their ridiculous friends and family as well. You owe it to yourself to pick this one up and indulge in all it has to offer.”

Nancy at Paranormal Romance heartily recommends Hunter’s Dawn: Laying the Ghosts!

When Jack Stevens took the contract to settle the spirits in Edith’s home, he had no idea that, instead of settling, everything would turn to chaos. When Casey Lambeth agreed to pair up with Jack per Edith’s request he had no idea of the hell that would be raised. All because of a tiny mourning brooch.

A wonderful review of my novel Hunter’s Dawn: Laying the Ghosts from Erotic Horizon

A spook book with a sweet romance that ticked all my boxes. LAYING THE GHOSTS is definately a book for people who enjoy hunting ghost and paranormal stories, it is fill with characters and little side stories that highlight the strength of Ms. Leigh writing. She kept up a story line that should have gone flat somewhere about mid way but with sarcastic comebacks, a solid mystery and a finish worthy of a steeple chase, she made me love this book.

Literary Nymphs – 4 Nymphs

Hunter’s Dawn: Laying the Ghosts is the first book by Meg Leigh that I’ve had the opportunity to read and it won’t be my last. This contemporary M/M/ romance is well-written, with an intriguing and complicated plot that grabbed my attention from the very beginning.

Book Wenches – 3.75

Reviewed by: BD Whitney

I enjoyed this story and found that it captured my attention from the beginning. Not only does it include an interesting paranormal element, but Ms. Leigh also give us characters who conflict enough with each other to be interesting. Jack thinks Casey is a con artist. Casey thinks Jack is an obnoxious bully. Both have a very strong system of beliefs, and both have personal issues that make them flawed and therefore more agreeable to the reader than they might have been otherwise. Jack is abrasive and perhaps just a little too stubborn. He is not only skeptical, he truly doesn’t want to believe and refuses to see what is right in front of his eyes. During the course of the story, he is described with the proverb “there are none so blind as those who will not see,” and this is very true for him. Jack is forced to gradually open his eyes, however, which in turn means that he has to deal with a few buried issues from his past.
